Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines permitted and prohibited uses of Gloman Cloud’s infrastructure.
It protects the security and reputation of services hosted in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
2. Scope
Applies to all users of Gloman Cloud services (Dedicated Servers & network resources).
3. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not use the infrastructure to:
- Host or distribute illegal content (incl. unauthorized copyrighted material)
- Engage in DDoS, spam, phishing, or malware operations
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Host hate speech or exploitative content
- Operate cryptocurrency mining without approval
- Perform security scans without authorization
- Resell servers without written consent
4. Network Conduct & Resource Usage
Clients must not generate traffic that impacts others or misuse bandwidth for unlawful purposes.
Fair-use policies may apply to preserve network stability.
5. Data Security & Privacy
Clients are fully responsible for data and application security.
Gloman Cloud provides infrastructure-level protection only.
All processing must comply with EU GDPR.
6. Enforcement & Suspension
Violations may result in: (1) warning, (2) temporary suspension, (3) immediate termination.
No refunds apply for AUP violations.
7. Reporting Abuse
📧 abuse@glomancloud.com Include timestamps, IPs, and evidence.
8. Policy Updates
The latest AUP is always available at glomancloud.com/legal/aup. Use after updates implies acceptance.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Greek law and EU regulations.
Disputes → courts of Athens, Greece.
